About our Restaurant
The Ridge West Seneca is more than just a restaurant and brewery — it's a heartfelt tribute to the town's roots and the power of friendship. Housed in the former Ron Corbo Oldsmobile dealership, the building carries a rich local history, and our logo honors that legacy while incorporating the Viking symbol for "friendship" — a nod to the bond shared by the four West Seneca high school friends who founded The Ridge. Their vision was to create a place where community, history, and hospitality come together. Locals may even remember the legendary 1997 incident, when teenagers commandeered a nearby bulldozer, lost control, and caused millions of dollars of damage to brand new Oldsmobile ready to be sold — a story that has become part of West Seneca lore. The teenagers---never were identified.
Today, The Ridge stands proudly as a welcoming space for neighbors, friends, and families to gather and make new memories. The parking lot only has one restriction------no bulldozers.
